Since I am a college student and do not have a car I prefer doing everything online. Im sure there are some of you who fear putting your information online but with banks like Bank of America, I actually feel more safe putting my information online than dealing with another person you know? Plus you can check up on everyone as often as youd like and it is all free =] What about you??

I find online banking to be one of the best tools available to keep a keen eye on your money. I would be lost without it. I pay my bills, can be alerted immediately to take steps if anything seems incorrect. Do not have to go to the bank for help if an error is made, or go to the post office and buy stamps to mail bill payments. So it saves me time and money but for me the most important thing is I have instant control over all my banking functions.

I like online banking. It's really quick, and they have all functions that you can check out your account but you don't want the teller knows. Save time and you don't need to wait for a long queue. SOmetimes, the tell can not deal your problem, and they have to change you to another one, and you ave to explain from the beggining. Online banking, if something is wrong I just make a call, and solve my problem immediately. However, online banking warn "NOT SAFE", so for the big amount you are better go to the bank. And you have to check your account daily, see any wrongs. If something is wrong, you have to act quick so you can avoid lost of your money.

one thing I really like about onine banking is that it is always open online. Sometimes it is hard for us working folk to get to the bank when it closes at 3, 4, or 5pm... Some people may be able to go during their lunch break, but not all. I heard about one bank that is open till 8pm now though

I usually bank online. It's just more convenient. The bank is not very far from here though - I can walk to several banks from my apartment.

I do tend to bank more online than with a teller. If I don't have to go into the bank I won't.

Banking online, which I prefer, doesn't necessarily mean you're more vulnerable to fraud and identity theft. In fact, I read somewhere that online bankers tend to check their account statements and balance more frequently than conventional bank users. This means that online bankers are more likely to spot the problems earlier. While most of us cannot predict when and where these identity thieves will strike, the best thing to do is detect the fraud early and report it immediately.

Banking - Online Banking
I also prefer online banking. It saves our time and we can access the required information at any time and any where in the internet. When we go the bank, we may have stand in a queue which can be avoided in online banking

I much prefer online banking. I detest having to get in the hot car, drive in traffic..using my VERY expensive gas, to go stand in line to interact with a teller. The teller is usally wacking gum and is irritating as heck! Yup, give me online which is instant, free, doesn't drain my gas tank and doesn't chew gum in my face!

I do not use a teller, I use AtM since my computer does not have a slot where twenty dollar bills can fly onto my desk. I do a lot of transfers from my checking account to my Visa, so I like doing online banking. I made a mistake once when I was at my atm, and find it is safer. I have a rather complicated password that even I cannot remember unless I put it in a password keeper. I do not pay bills online, since my husband does it and he prefers going to the Mall to do it.

I love online banking. It is so much easier than having to go to the bank or post office to mail your bills. I know that some people are leary of putting their info online, but I feel confident that the banks are secure. I sure have saved a ton in postage by online banking.

I use the internet all the time. I have only a bill that must be paid at the bank, and it is my car tax, which I pay once a year. I prefer to pay everything online.

I prefer doing as much as I can online, because I'm extremely introverted and have social anxiety. Also, doing stuff online can be faster than running around town running errands. The security technology is so much better these days, so most online transactions are actually a lot safer than they used to be.

For the most part all of my stuff is done online. Sometimes I have checks to deposit at the bank though, and that's pretty much all I do there. I pay my bills online, and for me it's just easier and more convenient then going out to the bank or mailing things.

I'm not really familiar with internet banking, so for me a teller is always my preference. I suppose I just like person to person interaction the most!
