You have to motivate yourself to exercise everyday. As for my experience, at the very start, you will be hesitant in doing this everyday, but as time goes by, you will just get used to it.
I usually wake up early in the morning. I walked and jogged for how many kilometers back and forth from my house in the streets.
You should exercise early in the morning because you are not exhausted or tired yet.

You can try to make your exercise interesting by running on the spot. My son is used to do his running on the spot by following in steps with vcd played on the tv screen. Other than exercise he does enjoy the cadences of the music. The exercise takes him about 40 minutes and after that he sweats a lot.
Whereas one of my friends likes to do his jogging on the spot by watching the opera soap every week days. In this way he could enjoy watching and exercising in the meantime.

Yes, we are too lazy to do the exercise.
I think you can find a company to do the exercise with you.
