Which company do you prefer?

I prefer the smaller companies for most things that I buy because I believe they care more about the customer and the customer service is usually alot better. most of the time the larger company is just out for the big buck or just plain to busy to care how the customer feels. I also work for a small company and they treat me alot better than other companies that I have worked for.

For me, it doesn't really matter how big or small the company is, as long as it's my field of interest and it's a good one to work with. In big companies, competition for promotion is stiff. However, being big is often paralleled with stability. Small companies may seem shaky but it's not always the case. It depends on its line of industry. The good things with working with small companies is you grow with them, and the employee relationship tends to be closer, and those alone give one a sense of belonging and fulfillment.
