Help! I may have to quit mylot - cold turkey

Mylot is so addicting - I've been here practically non-stop for days - except today. Returning over and over to check responses and finding new interesting discussions. I get to juggle conversations here with people from around the world. However, its usurping my every day life! I'm going back to old ways and staying up all night! Help! I'm Arty and I'm a mylottaholic.

I know, it does get you that way, I love it in here, I love some of the the people in here, and love to read their posts, I think of them as my internet family, some of the youngies are so sweet, its a good addiction to have....
