I am a single parent (man) of two kids. I am recently (8months) divorced and am fighting for custody with my ex wife over the kids. Right now the courts have issued me temporary custody and I love it but it is hard. She is nothing short of a tramp and goes all over town with different men about one every two weeks and stays out partying all the time. There is an extremely lot more but I want to know if anyone else is having or has had this situation and also what do you think of single men parents raising small kids on their own!

Thank you for your comment. I agree, it is very hard. I definately am not trying to replace their mother but when they do not want to be with her because of the life she is living and the way she treats them (her running around is more important to her), it makes it twice as bad!

If the father is the better parent then that is where the children should be, men can do a good job in bringing up children, children just need to be loved and a man can do that every bit as good as a woman, if she is running around town like that then the kids are so lucky that they have you, good luck to you.

Thank you for your reply. I agree totally but the trouble is going to be getting the court system to agree.
