My sister was going through the same thing. She is in love with fried chicken and used to eat it every day, especially from fast food restaurants. She finally realized she had to stop. So what she does now is to cook her own chicken at home. She takes off the skin and bakes it. Baking is a better alternative to frying and many things can be baked. Drinking water is also very good. If you wait until you are thirsty, your body is already lacking water. You should drink about 8 glasses a day. Exercise is a big part of it as well. My sis was a single woman with two children and she even found time to exercise. You should try walking and she definitely recommends Pilates. IF you have a favorite tv show you have time to exercise, just watch and exercise at the same time.

Mots of the time cutting in carbs help me lose weight. I only eat rice in the morning. Eat a light lunch and totally cut off carbs during dinner. I also try my best to at least work out everyday for 30 mins. So far it gave me good results.

Adding a source of soy protein is also a good way to help you lose weight. Whether it be in the form of a soy protein shake, tofu, edamame...soy protein helps boost metabolism, regulate glucose fluctuations, and is good for cardiovascular health as well.

not eating? but that's just unhealthy.. yep! drinking water is great to pacify hunger. eat breakfast or better yet eat brunch. that way, you have 2 meals eaten at one time. and exercise! we all hate it...but that's what workd really.
