Of course, I made it very clear water for the people of the importance of a healthy, but I am not one who likes to drink, often forget to drink plenty of water, often feeling thirsty when they remember to drink water, so my skin is very bad and they wanted to give up this bad habit.lol......

In fact, drinking water depends on the weather conditions of the day. if it's hot i drink a lot of water, about 6 to 10 litres on that day but if it's very cold i usually drink very little water. when i do exrcise too i drink plenty water and i look fresh too.

Yes I agree drinking water helps a lot in keeping our body healthy. I try to drink water as much as I can in a day. Everytime I take about 2 glasses when I drink water, In a day I would consume more or less about 2 litres of water. :-)

Hi engineer_akash,
It's strange that humans don't actually get thirsty until they are already dehydrated.
This suggests that our original environment didn't pose a threat to our hydration, and a pre-emptive "thirst" wasn't needed.
That would fit well with the notion that the Earth once had a uniformly mild climate with an abundance of fruits and no shortage of fresh water anywhere.
Although living in a very dry location (or perhaps because of it) Koalas don't ever actually drink any water at all. They suck all the moisture they need out of the gum leaves that they eat.
Maybe we should try adopting a similar philosophy - eat lots of food that already contains the water that we need.

I would drink around two pints of water a day. Some days it may be less. I know we are supposed to drink plenty of water but i do not know how some people get through drinking so much.

ya i agree with you.drinking water is really very much essential for our health.our body needs fresh supply of water everyday.not only water is the most abundant nutrient available but its the most important.
i drink around 2-3 ltrs of water everyday and i think 8 ounces of water is the basic requirement that should be consumed daily.besides plain water i take lots of fruit juices and other fluids.

I have to be honest with you friend, that the water some drink in Africa is not safe, but all thanks goes to God because we've been so wonderful and protecting. Here we drink water from the rain, tap or well the money to buy clean water isn't available. Thanks and have a nice day, the water is indeed dirty, so from that time proven how actually dirty water is, we used to drink a purified distilled water and i cant take to drink tap water anymore.

i find it easy drinking water as i love it, it is the only thing that quenches my thirst, also it helps with weight loss as a lot of the time when you feel hungry you are actually just dehydrated and a big glass of water sorts that right out, its the same with headaches.
