Hi, my name is Michael, and I'm from Switzerland. - The land of chocolate and cheese. If you never tasted swiss-cheese (I mean the original, not the stuff we export - hehehe-), you really dont know how good cheese really is. One of my favorites is called "GREYERZER REZENT". A day without eating cheese is like a day without a kiss *hehe*
kindly regards from Bern (Switzerland)

For mild creamy cheese, I like camembert and brie. They have such a delicate taste and are so creamy so I like them very much. They are also very versatile and I could use them in all types of cooking so there're great for use even for people who don't like to have cheese. I also enjoy blue cheese, the type with the mould in the centre of the cheese. They are also very nice but can be a little salty. They taste great when added to fried chicken dishes.
