Hi friends. I saw an advertisement of http://fun2post.com website. I too have an idea to start a forum like this. Anbody have an idea about how much amount will be needed for that. I just want to know the web design/programming cost only. [ Not hosting ]

For the web design, you can use any of the several open source CMS (Content Management System) to start your site in a jiffy. You can use wordpress, joomla, drupal, and many to choose from. Feel free to use it.
