i got married last january and i put on a diet 3 months before that and i managed to get rid 6 kgs.i didn't take any diet pills,i also ate 3 times but my last dinner was 6pm,if after that time i got hungry then i chewed some apples and drink a lot of mineral water.i don't drink any soda even until now and it helped bcoz too many sugar inside coca cola,pepsi,etc.just eat healthy that's all.

Congrats on your weight loss!
I have cut out pop, I really never drank that much anyways but I figured since I wasn't that big of a pop drinker I mind as well just cut it out completely.
and I have started trying to get myself drinking over 8 glasses of water a day.
since I have started that I feel alot better.
I do need to learn to reach for the fruits and veggies as snacks instead of other crap.
I was buying those 100 calorie snack packs but even those are not really good for you so I need to get myself into the apples and stuff just like you mentioned.
