I think after you get married it is so easy to get in a routine. I was wondering if any of you are making time to date your Wife or Husband? And if you do what kinds of dates do you go on?

My husband and I go on a date once a week. We usually will go out for dinner or meet some friends for a cocktail. It is great to get away and be able to talk without being interupted by the kids. I think that it is important to take this time and schedule a date night with your spouse.

Ever since we had kids date night has been an after thought and we are seeing the difference. It is hard to get out there but I am so tired of just being mom. When we go out on dates I feel like me again.

It is hard to go on a date with your spouse unless it is planned. With kids ect things get so hectic there isn't time enough for just the two of you. Make a date and get a sitter once a week. You will see a huge difference in your relationship.

before we get married, we always go to movies, once a week but now it is very rare.maybe because of our schedule, he works full time and i look after our kids. but lately, we make sure we go out as a couple every Sunday, we stroll and eat at our favorite resto. we leave our kids to my parents for half day. i believe that it is important for couples to have their moment together even for once in a week. relationship is a couple is indeed bonded, you'll learn about your husband as your partner more.

Relationships defiantely take more work that we all think when we are falling in love. I would have never guessed it owuld be this hard. I read a sign that said being married is falling in love over and over again only with the same person. How true it is!
