In terms of free antivirus, you can try Avira Antivir Classic Edition. It is very light on resources. It does not eat a lot of memory. First let me say Welcome to MyLot and I hope that you enjoy it here. I use the AOL/McAfee Security and Antiviurs it is the best that I have found. If you go to AOL but you have to have an email with them to get it and it is free to downlod from them. It really is the best out there for me. Happy Posting.

norton and mcafee are good but i am using avast antivirus.. it's also good and protective also. before we were using norton. i've also used mcafee...i tried using avg but i was not satisfied.

YOu should try Panda Antivirus... It work fine and smooth good in detecting virus trojan adware worm etc.. Hehe YOu should try it
