what is your favorite chicken recipe?

This is great in summer. Great way to use up left over chicken. Chinese Chicken Salad Ingredients: ½ head of lettuce, shredded 1 medium carrot, grated 3 cups cooked chicken, cubed 3 cups bean noodles or packet Chow Mein noodles ½ Spanish (red) onion, chopped finely or 3 spring onions Dressing: ? cup oil ¼ cup white vinegar 2 teaspoons soy sauce ½ teaspoon salt ½ teaspoon pepper ½ teaspoon ground ginger Shake together in a jar Assemble ingredients. Pour over dressing, toss and serve.

I love eating chicken too. Let me share my favourite : First,mMix 1 beaten egg and 1 tablespoon water in bowl. Mix bread crumbs and garlic powder in separate bowl. Dip chicken in egg and then in bread crumb mixture. Heat oil in skillet over medium heat. Saute chicken for about 6 minutes on each side, until golden, and remove to platter. Wipe saute pan clean, heat butter over medium heat. Add garlic to pan. Saute 2 minutes. Mix orange juice and honey. Add to saute pan. Season with salt and pepper. Cook over medium heat until reduced by half. Return chicken to pan with oranges. Cook an additional 5 minutes, turning chicken half way through. Put chicken on platter and pour pan juices over it. Garnish with parsley. This recipe is delicious served over buttered rice.
