Live each day as if it was the last

I totally agree with this motto and i also try to follow this in my day to day life. It gets tough at times, since we are humans and we do tend to think a little ahead and think of the future and at times our different mood swings, tend to make us down and dpressed as we either are thinking about the past or the future, making our present miserable. I also strongly belive that we should live for the moment, for the present, make our present beautiful and think today was our last day, thus live it to the fullest- king size like they say, so that there are never any regrets. Yes, we should enjoy each second of the day, by doing what we love to do , withougt any apprehensions and negative thoughts.
