hi rain0006,well it all depends upon what i am going to do after having my dinner..as like if i am going to study then i will surely require a cup of tea but not immediately after dinner but when i'll be feeling sleepy while studying..and if i have to watch TV or read a novel or just watch a movie then i'll definitely not be having any tea as i won't be needing it..so its studies only which make me feel sleepy;-)..for your second question i would like to say that i don't drink much water after meals as it is not considered good like you have also mentioned because it may cause our digestive juices to dilute and thus will hinder proper digestion..i only have some water while i am actually eating my food..well thats it from my side..have a nice time..

I generally do not have a dirnk a half hour before I eat, during and a half hour after the meal as it dilutes the digestive juices. Also, you should not need to wet the food if you chew thoroughly as this will promote the saliva and that is where most digestion happens rahter than in the stomach.
