Do you sound just like your mother???

my relatives say that i sound like my mother. i'm afraid that i dont' understand you. do you mean your voice sounds like your mother or your behavior sound like your mother? from both of them, i sound like my mother.

Your not alone, hun, my husband tells me the same thing. I love my Mama very much, but she was very strict with me growing up. I always said that I would be more laid back with my kids, but now I am finding that I may be more strict that she was. I am strict in different aspects though. I now know that she only done everything she done to protect me and keep me safe and to help me grow into a strong, loving individual.

Oh boy do I sound like my mother and I hate it! My kids do too...they always tell me I sound like Grandma..And I swore I never would! But I guess they rub off after all those yrs..

unfortunately i feel that i am starting to sound as my mom .my girl is still little but i recognize in mysel my own mum and don't feel so happy for this.i am not reffering on the needed parts of this fact to be a mom.i am refering on bad habits and i guess i am not such a good mum.i wanted to be different to my kid,do be her friend as much as possible
