I just found myself eating chips for no apparent reason... so my question is... Why do you eat? Because you're hungry, or bored, or just because your addicted to the taste of something? Or is there some other reason I haven't thought of??
I think the chips had something to do with an almost finished packet and the addictiveness of Smith's chips... *sheepish look*

Normally I eat because I'm hungry, but there are times when I'm not really doing much, so I cook myself something that I like the taste of, like rice with BBQ sauce.
It's usually once I've finished eating 2 or so bowls that I realise I wasn't hungry and have probably spoiled my next meal.
I still have to eat a meal at the next meal time though, even if I'm not hungry =P

We eat to live. not all that we eat are what we really eat to live, some of the foods we eat are just to get the taste of them and when we feel the taste is good we begin to eat those food and may get addicted to them.usually we eat because we're hungry and that makes us strong so we are able to live.
those who starve themselves become weak and may contract some disease and die through that.
