thats a really intelligent and sensitive question i must say..when a country is free people may or may not be free..why..because our lives are becoming so busy each day and that due to because our country is free so its developing and progressing each day..and side-by-side individuals or countrymen are also developing leading to a better lifestyle which requires more of their inputs to maintain it thatway whih in turn requires time..so we are never free..got me?;-)

DEFINITION OF FREEDOM;
1. the power or right to act, speak, or think freely.
2. the state of being free unrestricted used of something.
So when you talk about country, every country has their own 'bills of law' to govern, rule and enforce to their peoples. And none of an INDIVIDUAL FREEDOM can be defined here as all citizens are compulsory or mandatory to abide to the 'bills of law'.
