How do u save on Online Purchases?

i'd like to know how one can make the purchase without a credit card and if one does have only bank card. how is that done?

The system of on line purchase is not quite popular. Recently a leading newspaper tied up with some manufacturer and they offered a Divex player for $100 and I palced the order through telephone. It is promptly delivered and found that its original price is around $125. That is the only purchase we made through telephone. Rest of the items we buy at a leading store near our residence.
