Is there a special way to win in blackjack?

I would like to know from the professionals. If you are reading this then could you tell me the tricks? I know that you have to hit everything that is below 15 and what is above 16 you should stand... but is there anything else? I would like to master the game one day :D

i have a tutorial for this (^^,) i oftenly used the tricks that i learned and i always have a 90% chance winning, ill upload it for you and give you the link...
