Hey,
I work in a small organization with a strength of 150... i am the manager how ever i have started sensing something fishy out here..
i feel my colleague and my HR manager are conspiring to get out of this position so that they can seat one of their man and continue their horrendous act...
what should i do in this event????
people please advise

Do you mean you think they want to get rid of you? If it were me I would not do anything to give them a reason to get rid of me. I would do the best job possible that way they can't find a good reason to justify firing you. They can still fire you for no reason but I would still do my best because then I know that if they did get rid of me it wasn't because I didn't do the best job.

thanks... how ever thats not the case...the problem is the other guy has been workin longer than i have....and since i was brought in all of a sudden as a manager...he feels unsecured...thats what i think...any ways when i say get rid of me i mean they are mentally harrasing me...so that i eventually descide to resign
