Yeah, I use blanket when I sleep bcause the room is airconditioned lol! If I don't use one, I'd get a cold. I use it also for a short while when there's no electricty because I don't want to have plenty mosquito bites!

i use blanket even in hot summer, because it makes my body comfortable and safety. my boyfriend is afraid of heat, he often wears nothing and he has to turn on two fans. so we can't live together in summer and he sleep on the floor and i sleep on the bed. although in the day, i don't turn on fans or conditions, becasue i will have a bad headache if i turn them on.

I'll take an hour bath. I follow the bath up with warm milk or tea or possibly a fruit smoothie or vegetable juice. Either that or I'll just go to sleep very early. Not just go to sleep, but take out the real comfortable pillows, nice and thick and place those along with my regular pillows so I can relax my shoulders, neck, head and back.

Hi, it all depends from different person to person and their body temperatures and requirements i feel.
If you are feeling a little cold and are maybe using an AC at night or day time, then your room temeperature maybe colder than outside and in such a case a blanket would be very comfortable. But if you are simply using a fan with the temperature around 40 or so in the summers, you would not use a blanket surely, as then you are already quite warm and would need to use AC or clooers to keep your body temperature down.
SO i feel it all depends on he body temeprature adn the temperature surrounding you and the room you are in.
