Alcohol and smoking kills more people every year than any other drug, so why not just make all drugs legal? Don't get me wrong; i don't agree with drug taking or selling but i also don't agree with making alcohol and cigarettes legal. The reason they are legal (i'm in Australia by the way)is because the government makes billions of dollars from the tax in selling it. They could also make money from selling other drugs like marijuana and heroin, so why not make them legal? It would stop a lot of diseases being spread by needles and maybe stop a lot of overdoses. Smoking in pubs and clubs recently became illegal here and i couldn't be more happier! There are a lot of smokers who want the right to smoke in the pubs and clubs, and i say to you; i have the right not to breathe in your second hand smoke! Why not have heroin addicts shoot up in front of everyone? At least their not harming anyone (smokers harm everyone with their second hand smoke), as long as they dispose of their needles safely.
