I do not hate boss. The very thought of boss disturbs my mind and in addition to this, hatredness even makes it worse. So I do my job perfectly, I will be punctual, I do little more than others in effectiveness and efficiency. I follow the rules of the office. By doing so, I put that guy in shame. If he still continues to wag his tail, I kick his bucket and look for a new job.

It depends on you, your boss, and your job. Some people suggest to "put them in their place" or to just quit. What I did when I had an unbearable job was I took it as long as I could RIGHT before I knew another month of this would make me EXPLODE. Always keep in mind that you shouldn't burn bridges and you may need the person(s) as a reference in the future, etc.
So my main suggestion is to just try and hang in there. If you are comfortable with the idea you can talk to her and suggest ways to make your relationship better, then do so. From experience, my last boss was quite a crazy lady.. you couldn't talk to her because she'd then find your weaknesses. Once she found your weaknesses she'd prey on them and use them every chance she got to make herself feel "higher" I suppose. And make you feel like crap in the process. I never figured it out, but that's how it was and I left.
