I have Windows XP newly installed on my computer. When I turn on my computer, it logs right into the "Administrator" account instead of loading the welcome screen. Do you know how I can make it show the welcome screen instead?

There are already two other administrator accounts. The reason why I don't want it to log right into "Administrator' is because I'm using one of these other accounts.

Make a new administrator account by a different name or by ur name and log in by that name and if it doesn't work out, give a password to it.

hi i have a new hp 530 laptop but there's some driver problems... i got it with preinstalled Vista after that i formatted my hdd and set up my legal xp. i tried to find the drivers on hp's international - and hungarian - webpage but the wifi doesnt want to work with its own driver - windows cant install it. can u help me about where can i found a driver what will good for my wifi? thanks a lot

U can find the driver on www.hp.com, then go to driver downloads there u have to mention ur laptop model. then it will ask for supporting op. system then it will show a list of driver. Under network option u will find a wireless driver for ur laptop. these drivers are perfect. have u downloaded all the drivers under the network category? there is one more possibility that sometimes these drivers first get unzipped in harddisk, then we have to install from our hardisk. check this thing also

thanks for your answer. That's not the first time I install any driver to a machine and I wrote at my last post with the official HP drivers it doesn't work my HP laptop. I was at HP center in Hungary and they said the same: what I found on HP page is bad. I asked it because I can't find any more drivers for this product.

sir... i had taken a cable braodband internet connection..... and now a days i have a problem using tht..... while using internet somehow at n e time the bytes got stopped while sent and received both.... then disable tht connection and just after tht enable it ..... but it doesn't enabled tht time .... then i restart my PC... after tht connection works in normal manner.... plz tell me ... wht is the problem....... my LAn card is inbuild in motherboard.... Is the Lan card not working properly..... should i purchase an external new LAN card ??? plz tell me i'll b waiting 4 ur reply .... thanking u

If u are using internet through lan card then it is the problem of lan card. u have to change ur lan card. U have to install a new internal lan card on the motherboard. there should be 2-3 white coloured slots empty on ur motherboard. (External lan card is not required, external lan card is nothing but a usb-to-lan port convertor cable). U r from which city/country basically. i am from delhi, india
