Vitamin Supplements

I have no idea and competence. But as man, I was asked to take vitamin b complex capsules.Occasionally doctors do prescribe some vitamins for my wife too.

I am no doctor and i cannot tell you if i know such a vitamin supplement. But its strange you know. Why will there be such tablets that are meant only for men and not for women? Vitamin tablets are, in general, consumed by everybody. I dont think such a tablet exists.

My husband takes one-a-day for Men's Health (the genertic one though). I take one-a-day for women. I am looking at the labels and the differences are: most of the mg are higher on the men's, there is no iron in the men's, there are a few extra minerals in the men's than women's, women's has more calcuim.
