Evening Primrose Oil?

Does anyone here take the Evening Primrose Oil as a supplement? What kind of benefits to your health have you seen ever since taking it? Is it okay for men to take it as well?

I don't know the ruling on whether or not men should take Evening Primrose, but I don't really see why not. I know it's most common use is for relief from PMS/PMT and the regulating of the menstrual cycle.
