Out Of Body Experience......... Have You Experienced It???

You may think that my discussions are a bit weird but these things do really happen. And I'm one of those people who habe experienced it that until now it's still a mystery for me. It happened lots of times now and it's really bugging me and most of all i'm really worried and scared. At first I didn't believe that it really happened or it was just a dream but one of these experiences had me keep thinking until now.... My experience usually is just I always see myself sleeping in bed, but that day I tried to venture a little farther from my bedroom... Then the next day a friend of mine told me that he had seen me the other night venturing alone, he even called me and said that I waved his way but didn't stop for a chat... I don't really know but what he said and that dream I had seeing myself and venturing outside fits! Now I'm sure that it wasn't really a dream but an Out of Body Experience... what i'm thinking now is how to control it and use it to my own advantage..... So how about you? Have you experienced such things? Maybe different ones but weird experiences like that? If you were able to do just that what you be doing? Would you be afraid or get excited???
