I get a lot of similar mails everyday, and all of them are just spams.. They are trying to gain access to ur bank accounts by duping u of clever deals.. So, just ignore these mails.. Don't u ever make a fool of urself by giving them ur details... Take care..

gee...that's a scam alright. don't believe everything that you get in the email. when you think it is incredulous, it is a scam. be careful. they might sell more than your email address.

That's a kind of scam. Just ignore it. It will just waste your time.

This is a scam. We get them in Canada and the United States. I think they use a form letter, and they change it to whomever country the recipient is in, or whether they assume the person who gets the email would feel sorry for them. For instance, we get a lot of email of this type supposedly from Nigeria or any land where there was a lot of trouble, and many of the people were starving. So you might get an email from some part of the country or a country that India has been helping.
I cannot find what county +22 is, though.
