do you own a condominium?

condominium - A condominium, or condo for short, is a form of housing tenure. It is the legal term used in the United States and in most provinces of Canada for a type of joint ownership of real property in which portions of the property are commonly owned and other portions are individually owned. In Australia and the Canadian province of British Columbia, the legal term for this is strata title. In Quebec, it is known as syndicates of co-ownership. In England and Wales the equivalent is commonhold, but this form of ownership was only introduced in 2004 and so far is hardly used. Colloquially, the term "condo" is often used to refer to the apartment unit itself in place of the term "apartment". This clearly signifies ownership of the property.

i would love to own a condominium someday. that would be one of my dreams. i hope i can earn and save money so i could buy one. sometimes i browse the net and look at the beautiful interior designs of condominium units and dream that i would own one just like that someday. sometimes i even make my own floor plans that would suit my preferences. hehe. =)

no i dont own a condominium yet but who knows some day. but yes i own a harmonium i hope you know what that is , it is a chord instrument, indian, i play on it and now i am going to compose a song on it " o i have you dear harmonium, get me to a conominium". lol smiles, apple. hope your dream comes true soon.

No, I do not own a condominium. I think if I have enough money, I'd rather buy a house,terraced or semi-detached. There's more privacy and I can have my own garden.

yeah i think i'd love to have condominium one day later....i like to keep it and i like to have simple house......and i hope i can enjoy to stay there........
