2. As a visionary, you are able to set long-term, realistic goals;
3. Others rally around you to support your plan;
4. Your listening and communication skills are first-rate and highly respected;
5. You enjoy being a coach who fosters teamwork;
6. Part of your goal is to seek out new ideas constantly;
7. You are comfortable with change (capricious);
8. Reinventing yourself is a hobby, and you engage in continuous learning for self-improvement;
9. Because of your sense of adventure, you are not afraid to be bold and take risks for the business &

well said,u have discribed all the qualities that a person have to become a leader.all the persons have a courage to become the leader the sucess is in his pocket.i really enjoy ur postings and replys which shows ur r very experienced man .all the best 4 u 4 future.

Anyway thanks for your nice question. About my qualification? I'm just a LAYMAN in this world, but always on learning process, try to be good and self control when facing critics. Without critics I will never develop.
In life no one is perfect, perfection will be true once a theory become a reality.

Good day for you and I'm here right now for you. I'm coming up with my new discussion for that and of course it must be staggeringly done. Anything in our life, its better to have it in proportionate inclining and worse to have in lump sum. Just like pouring water into cup or glass.

I really believe leadership is a great quality and i believe there are just two important characteristics a man should have to be a leader. The first one is Integrity. And the Courage. These two are the basis of the leadership qualities. All other qualities are only derived from these.
