VESPA... is it suitable for daily usage?

I just repaired my friend's old vespa and it is currently running. however, i only use it for short distances and 3 to 4 time per weeek only. how can i make sure that it can withstand long distance travels? advice please...

May I suggest that you visit motorcyclephilippines.com, they have specific forums for the VESPA. Maybe it could help you out. BTW, nice scoot you got there.
