What programming language you think is the most widely used?

Of all the programming languages, what do you think is the most widely used by people not only programmers? Some people say that C is still the best. Some say Basic. Well I guess we can't really compare those languages because they all serve its own purpose...What do you think guys?

I have only been programming for 2 years now. I think of two, the two being C++ and html because all most everyone knows html that has a myspace. C++ is more ur professional progammer type or someone that is into game dev or something like it.
