what plug-ins are best for music or movie

i like to know what plug-ins u use while playing music or movies for enhancing the clarity.
u personally use and prefer DFX for audio enhancement. but i never used ny for video.
u know ny plugins which r gud for video enhancement.

What software are you using?
I'm watching video in VLC MEdia player (www.videolan.org). It has deinterlacing options and post processing options. I don't know if this is what you're looking for, though.
What exactly are you trying to achieve? :)
