Many MyLot Friends Means Many Responses

From my experience, I learned that having lots of friends helps in getting more responses. Your post won't really get all that publicity if you don't have much friends in your mylot and flows of conversation won't be that many in your discussion. And flows of conversation in your discussion is what makes your discussion be on the "today's hot topics". So i think those who don't get much responses should add many friends, but make sure you also answer their discussions.

Welcome to Mylot, that is true you do need a lot of friends, and I agree you should answer their topic too. But I answer the ones that always answer me, it is only fair. or if I find something that interest me in a topic I will answer it, like I did with out. Your our right get you plenty of friends. Sure you can be my friend. welcome to the club!

Am not actually new here. This is just my new account. But yeah you are right. We should be fair and answer those who answers our discussions. thanks for responding.

I also think you have a better chance of getting more responses when you have many friends added to your "friends" list. Good to see you back buddy!

That's somehow true, but it still depends on what kind of friends we have on our list. I don't start my own posts that often, so I don't know if it does help. I receive less responses from it, but I don't worry about it.
As long as my friends provide me with good topics to respond to, I will keep them and also give them some topics that I know can help them by responding to also..
