How much patent to listen to others?

If someone start to talk something to you, will you ever turn back as if you know what the other is going to talk about, or even if it is about something you know, or you expected will you be patient enough to listen?

i could never turn my back if someone is talking to me,thats so rude,and if someone did that to me i would feel hurt,and that they are not interested in what im saying to them.i just think its all about repect,we should all have total respect for one another and never turn our backs on ones who are talking to us.i am always told i have so much patience,i guess with 3 babies that are only 10 1/2 months apart from one another,i must have patience lol.take care and god bless.
