How much you are patient enough to listen to others?

If someone start to talk something to you, will you ever turn back if you know what the other is going to talk about, or even if it is about something you know, or expected will you be patient enough to listen?

The world is a place where we everybody is busy with ourselves. Due to hardship of life we became thus. Though there is some people who listen others with patients if the topics is interesting and from topics anything can be learned or can be similar with one's own life. Except person you have best and deep relations or within your own family and relitives there is hard to get any other people who will listen you. We listen here (in mylot) and response for earning money but not for our patients or sympathy. So you shall have to seek who will listen to you and tell what you want to say us?
