juvenile cardinals

juvenile cardinal - This cardinal is slowly getting his adult plumage.

I have been enjoying the many differences in the plumage of juvenile cardinals. Has anyone else been watching their change to adulthood?

Yes,we had about 5 babies this year so we have seen the pretty colorations.It is very pretty and different.I dont believe I have ever seen birds that did it before.

We don't have cardinals here, I wish we did. They're so pretty.
