I don't miss at all, Tim's piano do all the work and it's fantastic. Richard is one hell of a drummer as well, and well, I guess I don't need to say about Tom's voice!

Neither do I, piano and keyboards are used excellently and replace guitars perfectly. Songs are just great, I can't help listening to them specially when I'm in the car, they're the best soundtrack for my journeys. I think they're really talented, it's not easy to do some good rock music without guitars (which are usually essential for this genre).

No need for guitars when you have talent like they have.
They make the pianos/synths sound like whatever they want, and Tom's voice just adds to the greatness.
I went to see them earlier this year in Sheffield, UK and they were awesome. I liked their music but always secretly thought of them as a bit boring but I was definitely converted.
Tom had the audience up singing and dancing from the start till the end.
