How often do you take a vacation?

I have been so stressed lately and I have been thinking how nice it would be to just escape for a bit. It does not matter where to... I just need a break. Then I started thinking about it. The sad thing is, I cant even get the time off of work to go if I wanted to. Work Work Work.. I am SO over it. So, I guess I have to wait a bit longer for a holiday when I can get 3 days in a row and make a brief escape. Is everyone in this same boat? How often do you take a vacation and for what length of time? Im just curious...
