i recently read the following A caravan of chicken wing lovers began a trek last weekend across New York in search of the best wings.
N.Y. native Matt Reynolds, a documentary filmmaker, was leading the “Great Chicken Wing Hunt.” He planned to make a film about his findings at the trek's completion.
this is knowledge i can definatly live without to me a wing is not worth the trouble there is so little meat on them why bother how much info can they gather that would make a movie??and if they do who would wnat to watch it?It boggles the mind

Well Rev, I am from Buffalo and we need any claim to fame that we can get and if the Chicken Wing is it..so be it.
I personally love wings and the hotter the better..then it is not only a food but an adventure. And with that Marie's blue cheese dip..it is a rare delicacy to enjoy a wing that is done correctly.
For example, Domino's calls them chicken wings..but they are soggy and boring. Not wirth of the name.
What can I say..when it comes to wings..I have high standards.
