How much do you trust your friends?

I have a lots of friends but many of them will do something bad to me at my back. I find its so hard to trust other peoples. Latest ones...my friend stole my ideas for my Degree Projects. Its really made me so sad and so mad. When i think it again...its my fault for easily trust in friends. My best friend that i always trust friend 100% and he don't like it. He says "only trust friend 90%". For e...friendship need undivided trust. So...what u guys think about it? Could anyone give me some advised in friendship.
