Mine was a recipe native here in my country, Philippines. We call it "pork SINIGANG" or pork with tamarind soup. We cook it with eggplant, raddish, string beans and also the tamarind soup. The taste is a very delicious, as I've seen many foregin tourists love it's taste that they ask for more!;)

I like using my slow cooker or crock pot to make pulled pork. It's easy and you can let it cook while you aer at work....then you come home to a great meal!
Pulled Pork with Barbecue Sauce
For dry rub:
3 tablespoons coarsely ground black pepper
3 tablespoons dark brown sugar, packed
3 tablespoons paprika
2 tablespoons coarse salt
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
6 pound pork roast
For sauce:
1 cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup water
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon coarsely ground black pepper
1 tablespoon coarse salt
2 teaspoons vegetable oil
Jack Daniel BBQ Sauce )or your favorite kind)
Mix rub ingredients together. Rub evenly over roast.
Heat a cast iron skillet, then add a tablespoon of vegetable oil.
Sear the rubbed pork on all sides, then place in a crockpot. Mix all sauce ingredients until well blended.
Cover with the sauce, turn on low and let cook for at least 12 hours or till pork shreds away from itself.
Serve on toasted rolls.

I soak my chops in ranch dressing for about 10mins while I saute peppers and green onions in a little olive oil. When the peppers and green onions have a little color to them I take the chops out of the dressing, sprinkle them with a little salt, pepper, and paprika and throw them on top of the peppers and onions. I cook them to within 5mins of being done and put a sprinkle of my fave cheese. Thats it, tasty chops.

I prefer mine with just a little pepper usually, or glazed with bbq sauce. A nice thick chop on the grill so it stays moist and doesn't dry out
