My mom is very loving she works hard and care for us more than what she takes. She work hard to send usto a prestigious school. I am very grateful to her because of her I am who what I am today. Without her I am nothing. So when she get old I will look after her and give her comfort in life... I really love my mom so much. And I really miss her badly because I am away with her right now...

Hi Jbelle,
Have to tell you that I ADORE my mum! So much so that I would give my life for her if need might be there. Or an orgen of my own body in order to save her life, no matter what as she means the world to me.
My mum is very loving and has sacrificed herself all her life for everyone else. She has never placed her own needs before the needs of anyone else in her family, and I am so sorry about it. She should have actually.
She has never asked for anything, ever. All the others in my family want this, and ask for that and whatnot, but she never wants anything at all, she only wants to see me, the dear soul! This not only sets her eons infront of the others and sets her apart, but my love and admiration for her are getting bigger with every day that passes by. And I would love to be able to be with her more often as I miss her so terribly. We live in different countries and I just wish that someday soon I will be able to have her near by, and be able to spend as much as possible time with her. My mum is everything for me, is the WORLD TO ME, and more. Love you mum, God Bless!

Hi Jbelle, right, and I am doing it every other day - 3 times a week, and speak with her for 30 minutes or more every time that I call, and would do it daily if the costs weren't that high ;) I really miss her so much!

It's always great to see people who have good parents and get along with them. My Mom and I had so many ups and downs through the years, I was so much closer with my Dad, but when he passed a couple years ago I don't know if my Mom and I could have made it through without eachother. My Mom has always been a hard worker, she always did her best when it came to being Mom, and despite whatever arguments we had over the years, I wouldn't trade her OR any of those experiences for the world.

after my parents fot separated,my mother was the one who take all the responsibilities..she's the father and a mother at the same time.she sent us all into school.even if she's the only one who works hard for us just to provide all our needs..I know that she made a mistakes in the past, that it was very hard for me to understand and to forgive her,..but that was already in the past..we're already into a new chapter of our lives.and as the eldest of the family,I will work hard for this family just to help her and to pay for all the things that she've done for me and for my siblings..and to pay her for all the sufferings that i've brought to her.Me and my mom were not that close, but our relationship is in a good condition..our relationship is not that perfect, but we know that we're always here for each other.
even if she cant read this,i just want to tell her that i am so grateful and proud to have her as my mother..

i love my mom and i respect her too. she is a good wife, a good mom, and a good daughter. she can do everything for my family. when i was a little girl, i stay with my mom, and my grandfather, and i saw father several times before i was 5 years old. he spent too much time on writing, and he took little care about his family. so my mom was very tired. she has to work in the day, and she had to cook and wash for my grandfather, my little brother and me. Then my dad had a serious illness. and my mom had to stay with my dad, and i had to take care of my grandfather,at that time i was only 5 years old. and my mom took me to my uncle's house, then i lived in his house, and everyday, i had to send food to my grandfather, and he didn't like me, he just liked male grandchild. but i didn't blame my grandfather. my mom took my little brother to take care my dad. it is a terrible time for my mom.

My mother is an amazing woman, she brought myself and my sister up to be self-respecting, honest, opinionated young women (with the help of our father, of course).
She's a musician, wonderful cook and great person.
Certainly someone I admire and aspire to be like.

i am now 37 but with that 37 years my mom is very loving, supportive, and patient with me. she never nags even when i did something relly unaccepatable but instead she keeps her calm and pray.
since she and my dad got married she devoted her time to us. 24/7 taking care of us, cooking for us doing the chores that a good nanay does. now she lives in cavite where it is more quiet than the city. i pay a visit every once in a while but call her often. she enjoys her little garden there.

My nanay is alreday 68 years old, I can see from her face the hardships she went through in this life, the gray hairs are her crown..she has been a good mother to all of us,she gave her best in raising four of us.She would usually work late at night just to make sure our need are being met.
She cooks so good.I love all her menus and recipes.
I wish I could make her feel loved and give her a comfortable life now that we are old enough to take care of ourselves.
We will give them a beautiful wedding anniversary next year as they celebrate 50 years of marriage. :)

My mother is a pediatrician, so you can imagine our health was always well taken care of. A slight cold, slight cough, and we get medicines right away. Every time I went away on a retreat or camping trip for a few days, I always had with me a luggage full of medicines for everything! Never ran out of them.
And she's very generous too. She gives us money even if we don't ask for it. She's able to anticipate our needs. For sure I'll be taking care of her as best as I can.

That's good to hear that your mom is a pediatrician, she really know much about health so she can always give you the right medicine without paying to the doctor.. unlike us we just visit the doctor once a year or so, sometimes or mom bring us to the public health center so instead to pay the doctor we will use the money for medicine... thanks for the response...Moms are really great... I lost my Mom last January at the ripe age of 80. I miss her dearly. She only had a 3rd grade education, but she raised the six of us to be educated and be the best that we could be. Some days I wake up and almost give her a call just to ask her how she is doing or can she tell me "again how to make rice pudding". By all means do all you can do for your Mom now! You will never regret it. When my Mom past away I had no regrets because I knew I had done all that I could while she was living. Treasure her, you only get one!
