That part was so funny. You do feel slightly stupid because we are paying to watch something that we can watch for "free" on TV. I really liked the movie and it was worth the price of admission for sure.

I miss the first 15 minutes of the movie (damn popcorns!), but still have a great time, I watched in spanish because so many people are lazy to read the subtitles, can't wait for the DVD release, in my personal preferences, its better any kind of movie with their original languaje (japanese, english, spanish) BTW, do I miss too much of content from those 15 minutes ??

I had to buy a copy of it since they won't show it in China. Cost me 75 cents. But the first one I got was in German with Chinese subtitles.

Yup, its actually is like the tv show but longer, I liked it and was laughing throughout the movie. I like watching the Simpsons. Homer very funny and hilarious. :-)

Yeah :) I watched the movie a couple of weeks ago and I thought it was hilarious too. The only thing that I could say was "bad" about it was that the movie was to short. I loved the first part when green day is singing the Simpsons theme (DA DA DA DADA...) and the pollution in lake springfield is eating their raft. I have watched The Simpsons on the tele for over 15 years now and it never gets old or boring. I'm so sad this is the last season they are making. Well well, there's still tons of old seasons to watch. Best wishes, crazy Simpsons fan

I haven't seen the movie yet, but plan to next weekend..I tried to go last week with a friend who said reviews were mediocre..but I don't care! No show ever makes me laugh out loud more. Pay for the movie? Sure, I'll be a chump! Doh!

Oh I loved it too! I really like the Simpons whenever I catch them on so of course we went to see the movie. It was extremely funny and had me laughing out loud and so were so many of the people around me. Of course, you have to have an inner appreciation for the Simpons in order to enjoy the movie fully. I was telling my husband that I don't remember the last time I was in a movie theather watching a comedy and heard so many people bust out laughing - and all through the movie. Jokinly, I said..."What does that say about our society?" ;-)

when my friend who watched the premier said maggie started to talk in the movie, i thought it was that scene in the series where homer says he hopes maggie never grows up.
