Yesterday I have been gifted with a sweet kitty by one of our family friend. And I am thinking what to name this cute girl of mine. She is so sweet that words cannot describe with her little paws making amazing gestures-I am thinking I will give her name popsy in fond remembrance of my puppy who left us years back. But then everyone is unique and should deserve a unique name---what say?Can you suggest some good names for my kitty?

I have 3 cats and they are all unique in their own way. I have one named speckles because she has speckles on her belly, One is named oreo because she looks like an oreo cookie, the last one is named Remix because she is mixed with many colors. Maybe you could name her precious that would remind you of your puppy who left and would give her her own unique name.

Maybe you could name her after her paws. If my can't hadn't already been named, "Baby," I would have named him Silver Paws. He's mostly charcoal colored, but he has silver paws. Expressive, gestures, I'm trying to think of something that goes with expressive or gestures. My mind is drawing a blank. Maybe shés a Mime. See how much of a blank I'm drawing? I hope someone does better than I am. Take care.

When I was younger, I had a cat named Tinkerbell. When she passed away and we got a new cat, he was a boy but I wanted to name him Tinkerbell, also! So, I named him TJ for Tinkerbell Junior. He lives at my parent's house still. My two kitties I have now are named Turn and River because I love playing poker, and those are the last two cards you get dealt on the board. Maybe you can name your kitty PJ for Popsy Junior? Good luck!!!

I hope that this doesn't sound silly but why not call her Prancer? She sounds like that should be a cute name for her but then again she's not mine. I hope you have a blast with her.

Naming a cat can be like naming a frickin child. It is something you churn over and over, you look for new names everywhere that will match your cat. But once you find that name, you will know it is right and will stick with it. My cat's are named Patches and MooShu(almost named her Triscut).
