Thee is no need to worry about people like those. You see no matter where you go you will always have people like that. Do your part and do it to the best of your ability and you will receive your reward. I learn not to look at others and how they idle but they have learnt too how to look at me ans wish they were me. So do your thing and enjoy doing it dont pay them any attention. Thats a vexation of the spirit

Congratulations! It's good that you are an honest, committed employee.
I truly understand what you feel. But most of the time, I see that the job distribution is not equally done - so, you cant really blame the person for not doing anything - since it's not assigned to him. On the other hand, you see another person doing almost everything...
I guess the sup. is to blame - for not really 'looking' at the job-load of their staff.
I am sure if they really care to look, they'll see who's overworked, and who's got nothing much to do..
who's really performing their tasks as required, and who's not...

I am also like you. I also am fully committed and devoted with my job. In my opinion, people are not worth of the compensation they are getting weekly / monthly who are not working with devotion and just passing their times. I feel one must be 100% devoted with the nature of work he / she is doing. I also hate people who try to earn from bad means.
