It does to me...If I have a good dream one night, i find my mood is verygood next morning, I talk too much, i laugh for small reasons, like i am totally happy. But whe I have a bad dream, next morning I get angry easily, I start fighting for any and every reason, I cant smile, I can be happy for anything and I even don't want to talk, just want to be alone atleast for sometime and then with time it it becomes normal again. But my mood often depend on my dream specially in the morning. Dos it happen to you?

Quite often I wake up from a bad dream with the mood still lingering. I don't allow this mood to envelop my entire day. To prevent the mood from taking over I drink a good cup of coffee in the morning, and listen to good music. I start my day off nicely, and it works everytime.

I have a dream does not affect me, because I knew very well that it was only a dream, perhaps in a dream that I shall dream is a good or bad or happy tears, but woke up after all nothing, I may be a more realistic kind of person.

It use to but now not really. I think that is because once I wake up, I have an hour to myself before hubby is up. So while I ponder what in the world I was dreaming about, setting by myself the memory will fade quickly since I have no one to talk about it with. Does that make since? I reckon if I am not speaking about it out loud, it doesn't fuel it and the fire dwindles out. Then I get sidetrack with things as the morning progresses.

I never noticed any change in my mood due to my dreams. I had a dream once where I had won the lottery. I spend a lot of money in my dream. I bought a new house, a car, and lots of other things.
When I woke up I was sure that I had the money in bank. Of course after a few seconds I really woke up and the reality came to me.
I thought I would be in a bad mood during the day but it didn't happen.

sometimes it can affect... but i normally just cant remember dreaming, it can be a good thing not remembering cause the ones i remember is always some scary stuff, like bad things happening! so i will normally remember nightmares but good dreams r not easy to remember and most of the time i will only remember feeling happy, not the facts!

My dream doesn't affect my mood. In fact in the morning when I woke up I can't remember a single thing that I dreamed of. I usually have a bad dream also, I even got nightmares and found myself waking up in the middles of my sleep and feel so scared or sometimes I even cry. Everytime that happens I pray and wish for that bad dream not to happen and fall back to sleep. When I wake up in the morning, its seems that nothing happens. I just thank God that he gave me another chance to live, be with my love ones and have a meaningful life.

Yes! I shouldn't let it but it does. The ones that really get to me are the weird ones where i do something totally out of character and it has scary results, or people around me do something totally drastically out of their character, it's affects me for the rest of the day...i question thoughout the day why on earth i dreamt it.
Alot of times i have the dream where i am late for class or my assignments are late (it's been years since i graduated college) but it's like an innate fear that i have apparently.
