A possible home made camera?

Home made Cardboard reflex camera. - Home made card board reflex camera. I have got this image from a friend. Is it possible to made it in home?

I have found the image from a fiend of mine (see below). It claims that it is made by a cardboard in home. Is it possible to make a reflex camera with cardboard in home? If yes, Then how?. I would really love make it. Can anyone help?
