If you know anything about Soccer PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!

Hello everyone at MyLot. I need your help1 I have a 4 year old son that insisted on playing soccer htis year, well our first practice was last night. And it was really cute!! Imagine a bunch of 4 yr olds playing soccer!! But here is my problem. I KNOW NOTHING ABOUT SOCCER!!!!!! Please if you know anything about this sport will you please fill me in???? Thank you, any info would be great

At that age there are very few of the actual rules of soccer that are employed...no goalkeepers, no offsides that type of thing. It's just important that they have fun (and the parents too). If you want to learn more about the game, rules, terms, that type of thing then I have attached a website that may come in handy. You son is going to love it for years to come. I played from that age on (still do at 39) and I coach my son (he's 7) and his team....the best way to learn is to get involved...offer to help out with coaching, take a referee course, that type of thing...good luck
